For twenty-five exhilarating years, I've hopscotched globally as a People Strategist, developing skills in human resources, organizational development, leadership coaching, and change management. Along the way, I've acquired an uncanny knack for constructing and nurturing People teams from scratch. I've become something of an award winning thought leader, dedicating my existence to weaving sage insights with a burning passion for people-centric experiences in the workplace. My unwavering commitment to guiding leadership success has transformed organizations and set the bar high across various industries. But I always sensed that something was always missing—a gnawing sense that those connections were just a facade beneath the surface until I learned the power of cultural intelligence (CQ).

I realized that I was culturally agnostic for the majority of my life which prevented me from connecting deeper with others. I became more and more disconnected from myself and others becuase I found myself covering most of the time. I can honestly say CQ transformed me in ways I never expected.

CQ helped me learn the skills I needed to understand and connect with people from all walks of life. I was impacted so deeply that I made a CHOICE, to educate others about CQ and embark in a journey of connection and meaning. Educating others has come in the form of professional management, coaching, public speaking and philanthropy.
