We meet biweekly for 60 minutes. Real video, no agenda templates. You bring whatever the room you're sitting in is asking of you that week. We work it through the lens of YourEdge™, sometimes the lens of C.H.O.I.C.E.®, usually both.
Between sessions, the portal is yours. On-demand support calibrated to your assessment data, ready when the calibration question hits at 9:47 PM the night before a board read. You also get me. You write whatever the live moment needs help with, and I respond with calibration notes within one business day.
After every session you receive a short written follow-up. The thread between sessions is what makes the calibration stick.
