Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the practice collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the AmiraOS coaching platform operated under Loren Rosario-Maldonado's practice — YourEdge™, C.H.O.I.C.E.® Catalyst, and Cultura Global.
The practice behind the platform.
AmiraOS is a coaching operations platform operated by Cultura Global, the organizational arm of Loren Rosario-Maldonado's practice. This policy applies to coaches who use AmiraOS and to the clients they serve through it, as well as to visitors of this website.
Information we collect.
Account information — your name, email, practice name, and authentication details.
Coaching content you create — clients, sessions, notes, goals, assessments, and messages.
Connected-service data — when you link a tool (calendar, video, email, accounting, payments), we access only the data needed for that feature, using the minimum scope.
Usage and device data — basic logs that keep the service secure and working.
QuickBooks and other connections.
When you connect QuickBooks Online, we request read-only accounting access so AmiraOS can display your Profit & Loss inside Financial Intelligence. We do not store your QuickBooks financial records; we read the report live at display time.
The same principle applies to every connection: calendar, video (Zoom, Microsoft 365), email, and payments (Stripe) are accessed only to power the feature you turned on, and only you — the account owner — see that data.
How your information is used.
We use your information to provide and improve the service, to display your connected data back to you, to send the messages and nudges you configure, to process payments you initiate, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we protect it.
Access and refresh tokens for connected services are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only on our servers — never exposed to the browser. All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS. Row-level security isolates every practice, so one coach can never see another's data, and access to a connection is limited to the coach who created it.
Sharing, choices, and retention.
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run the service, with the services you explicitly connect, and where required by law. We never sell or rent your data.
You can disconnect any integration at any time, which removes the stored tokens. Disconnecting QuickBooks immediately stops all access and removes its stored credentials. You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account by contacting us. We keep account data while your account is active, and remove associated credentials and data on deletion, except where limited records must be retained for legal or accounting obligations.
