Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the AmiraOS coaching platform, operated by Cultura Global under Loren Rosario-Maldonado's practice. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Agreement and account.
If you use AmiraOS on behalf of a practice or organization, you agree on its behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any third-party account — such as your calendar, video tool, or QuickBooks company — that you link to AmiraOS.
Acceptable use.
You agree to use AmiraOS lawfully and professionally. You will not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with its operation, or use it to store or send unlawful or harmful content. You are responsible for the coaching content you create and for honoring the privacy of your clients.
Connected services and payments.
AmiraOS lets you connect third-party tools. Your use of those tools remains subject to their own terms. We access connected data only to provide the features you enable, using the minimum scope, and you can disconnect any integration at any time. QuickBooks access is read-only and used solely to display your financial reports back to you.
Subscriptions and any client payments you process run through Stripe. You authorize the charges you initiate and agree to Stripe's terms for payment processing. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Your content and ownership.
You own the coaching content you create in AmiraOS. You grant us the limited right to host and process it so we can provide the service to you. We own the platform itself — its software, design, and brand, including YourEdge™ and C.H.O.I.C.E.®.
Disclaimers and liability.
AmiraOS is provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AmiraOS supports your coaching practice; it does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice, and the figures it displays from connected tools are for your reference.
To the extent permitted by law, the practice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending and updating.
You may stop using AmiraOS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes are posted here with a new date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
