Yes. Most clients use Cultura Global as the top-of-pipeline development for senior leaders and layer it beside internal mid-career programs. The assessment and framework are proprietary, so there's no overlap with anything your L&D team is already running.
Who owns the data?
The individual leader owns their Report. The organization receives aggregate, de-identified insights and cohort-level patterns. We do not share individual assessment data with employers.
